The newly restored Chase Mill at Tracy Aviary is the oldest standing mill building in Utah; it was restored with green building techniques. Fort Douglas offers some classic venues the Officers Club, the Commanders House and the Post Theater are all beautifully restored buildings from the 1800’s in historic Fort Douglas.
