Party Minimums
Minimum food order for catering is $400.00.
Contracting Party Arrangements Book your party date as early as you can. Details for most parties can be negotiated over the phone. Site visits for large events (with all staff captains) may be required, and will be billed at the captain labor rate of $25.00 per hour per captain.
Reservation Confirmation
It is the host’s responsibility to provide us with
an accurate final head-count. The deadline for final head-count
confirmation is 5 business days before your event. Our policy
does not allow us to offer guarantees for serving percentages
over final head-count. Should more guests arrive, we will
endeavor to accommodate them as circumstances allow, deferring
additional costs to the client.
Change and Cancellation Policy
We cannot accept cancellations on the day of your event. Should
you be made aware of a last minute head-count change, inform
us as soon as possible so that we can make every effort to
accommodate you. Event cancellation requires one week advance
notice; otherwise the full deposit is non-refundable. If the
event is cancelled prior to one week before originally scheduled,
75% of the deposit will be refunded.
Deposits and Payments Policy
Fifty percent of the estimated bill must be submitted by deposit
at signing, unless otherwise arranged. Final payment is due
the date of the event. Eiffel Tower prefers cash or check;
however, we do accept major credit cards. Advance notice is
requested if your company’s payment procedures cannot comply
with this standard. Payment policies for major events will
be stipulated by contractual agreement.
Sales Tax Utah State sales tax of 7.8% on all food items and 6.8% on all additional (nonfood) items will be added when applicable. If your organization is tax exempt, our records require a copy of your tax exemption certification.
Large Events
Large events by nature often involve extensive equipment
loading, unloading and extravagant set-up detail. These hours
will be billed at the usual hourly labor rate.
