Service Personnel
Bartenders, Captains, and Chef: $25.00 per hour, per server, port to port.
Servers: $22.00 per hour, per server, port to port.
Sundays & Holidays: Add $5.00 per hour, per server.

Service involvement generally includes 1 - 2 hours for set up and 1 - 2 hours for breakdown & clean-up. Minimum labor charge is 4 hours. Average service shifts span from 4 – 8 hours per server. (Note: While experience allows us to estimate service fee totals at the time of contract origination, actual service charges are not final until catering services are completed.) Our gratuity policy is to follow the industry standard of charging 18% of food and beverage costs, not to be lower than $50.00 per member of staff present at your party. (Gratuities are shared among all employees, including kitchen staff.)

 

Bar Service
Basic: From $3.75 per person. This includes ice, basic mixers, and garnishing. (Alcohol is not included.)
Full: From $4 per person. This includes basic bar set-up plus specialty
drinks as determined (i.e. Margaritas, Bloody Mary’s, etc.)

Glassware is available upon request – rental charges apply.

Liquor
We are happy to provide advice regarding liquor quantities or wine suggestions to compliment your menu. We can also purchase your liquor for you, but you must write a separate check made payable to UDABC. In addition to the sales amount, Eiffel Tower’s fee for service applies: $25.00 minimum, or 25% of the total UDABC liquor ticket.

 

Rentals
CHINA, FLATWARE & GLASSES
Basic: From $4.50 per person. This includes dinner & dessert plate, utensils, beverage glass, coffee cup, and paper napkin.
Full: From $6.00 per person. This includes dinner, salad & dessert plate, utensils, water & beverage glass, coffee cup, and cloth napkin.

DISPOSABLES
Acrylic plates (choice of 6”, 7.5”, 9”, or 10”), napkins, tumblers, utensils, and placemats: $.50 - $2.00 per person. “V. I. P.” disposables are also available at $.50 extra per piece. Call for pricing.

BANQUET TABLES & LINENS
From $5.00 each. “Specialty linens” (i.e. damask, etc.) and oversized table cloths (for conference tables, etc.) are available.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Tents, dance floors, cabaret tables, guest tables & chairs, space heaters, etc., can be coordinated for you through a local rental company.

 

Buffet Decor
The Eiffel Tower signature votives, buffet greenery & floral accents, fresh fruits & vegetables, as well as all manner of “theme” props, will enhance your buffet dramatically. Starting at $35.00 and up.

FLORAL
Floral arrangements are of paramount importance in setting off your buffet. Our in-house floral designer specializes in magnificent floral pieces that create tremendous visual impact.

MUSIC
Live music and performances add undeniable ambiance to any event. Eiffel Tower is happy to coordinate your entertainment arrangements.

SERVICE FEE
Events that take place at Reception Centers and other controlled locations may be subject to an additional service fee.

Delivery

We have no delivery range restrictions, although delivery charges are applied to all orders. The delivery fee within the Salt Lake Valley is $20.00 - $25.00, based upon destination. Park City and Deer Valley: $60.00; Ogden: $75.00; Logan: $100.00.

Party Drop-off with Set-up: Although we normally recommend full service, modified service is available.

Professional Set-Up: $40.00 - $100.00.
